07 G 35 Navigation Question and Performance Question

I have a brand new G35 S and it has all the bells and whistles...

The navigation system is pretty sweet and I need some expertise....

1.) Is it possible to override the setting where you cannot type anything in while the car is in motion? I remember on a past car, I bought an after market DVD in dash, and I had a switch that let me watch videos while I drove....any help?

2.) What would you suggest getting as add on parts to make the car faster? I have heard cold air intake ect, but just wanted some opinions.
