07 Blower motor not working properly.

07 Murano S AWD, Heater fan will not work till engine temp has climbed to almost normal temp. sometimes ot will work on lower speeds IF the key is turned to run but not starting the engine. Just wondering about the Fan Control Amp. or the blower motor resister ?

I am living near Montréal Québec , Canada
Hi I got the same problem I am trying to solve the problem when the weather is below 0 , I will check the fan relay in the backpanel of the fuse box.
I will let you know
