07 Armada Power Window Problem

I've got a problem with my passenger side power window. When using the auto up feature the window will go the top then roll itself back down a few inches immediately. The tech at the dealership said to hold the button down for 10 seconds and the problem would correct itself...well, it didn't. Has anyone had this problem?

Hey there again! Sorry to hear about the problem. I have not heard of that, but I am sure you are under warranty, so I would take it in and have the dealer rectify the issue for you.

there is actually a button on the motor you have to hold down.

I have an 06 QX56. Same problem. Been into Infiniti service Good people) and told this is a common problem not resetting after tripping and a whole new motor now on order (luckily under warranty)

Hi, i had the exact same problem with a 04 Quest i had, took it to the dealer and all the did was reprogram that window. Problem Solved. My guess is your same case.
