07 Altima - rear door won't open???

The rear driver's side door won't open from the inside. Any ideas what it could be?? Thanks

Make sure that the child safety locks aren't engaged. I'd bet my next paycheck that they are.

That is what I was thinking but I'm not sure how I turned it on or how to turn them off. Also, it's just the driver's side that won't open, not the passenger sign. Any suggestions?? Thank you!!!

Check the jamb on the door itself. Where the latch is. There should be a small toggle type switch that says "ON" and "OFF". Make sure it's to off.

As for it just being the driver door, that's fine as both rear doors have independent latches for each door.
