06QX56 Heated Seats question

Hello
My QX's heated seats work intermittently. Its not just one seat, its all seats. If i turn them on i get very low heat if any at all. While driving they will kick on full blast out of nowhere. I check for bumps in the road, thinking theres a loose wire but they seem intermittent. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

there is a relay for the heated seats. check there.
