Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1
Is 4.7%

Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 1
Is 0%

Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 2
Is 25%

Using a lot of fuel and Bank 2 is where the problem looks to be

Your pic is showing STFT on bank2 at 0% and LTFT on bank1 at -1.6%, and the bank2 graph line doesn't look normal. So is that the wrong pic? STFT steady at 0.0% is pretty unlikely, so are you sure your scanner is reading bank2 properly? Some don't, they only get bank1 right and produce zero or gibberish for bank2.

The STFT graph on bank2 looks funky, the bank1 graph is what it should look like. So it's either an artifact of your scanner or bank2 really is running pegged, in which case your A/F (front O2) sensor may be faulty. See if your scanner supports voltage readings from the A/F's.

Ya know what V star I was think the same thing wanted to see if anyone here said it and you did
Not get a code for that on either of my scanners
However a did about 3 years ago and put a new one in

Going to replace it and if don’t see a change will build a smoke can vacuum leak tester and test it for vacuum leaks again

I suspect it will be resolved when I put the new Front 02 Sensor in

Thanks for the suggestion
