06 Maxima WONT START HELP

I have a 06 Nissan Maxima, I was driving it yesterday and it just died on me.It will crank up and then die. I put the scanner on it and it shows nothing. I'm fixing to check the fuel psi on it,if that checks out what else could it be? I checked all the relays and fuses and they are all good.

I just found out that I have 38 psi off the fuel pump.
