06 M45 rocker panel bulbs

Does anyone know what kind of bulbs go in the rocker panels to light up the "INFINITI "? My passenger side is a bit dimmer then the driver side

I'm not sure...are you able to pry it open? My guess it's probably a couple 194 lights.

The illuminated kick plates do not use bulbs. At each end of the assmbly is a soldered SMD that illuminates the plate with a difuser panel under the glass. You would have to remove the SMD on each end, then find an SMD with the colour you want, then re-solder the new SMD into place. Far as I know, it has been done on the multi-switch (A/C-NAV) but with much difficulty. I don't think anyone has done it to the kick plates yet.
Dean is the 'McGuyver member' who has pioneered most of the tricky lighting changes. Try searching his posts.

The AC/Nav modification is the in the FAQs (in my signature).
