06 M35x problems

I have an M35X w/ 20k on it. While driving i noticed today that there is a rattling noise coming from the steering column while hitting the slightest bump in the road. I've read on here that there is a bolt that comes loose in the steering column...??? Anyone know how to fix this or what bolt it is? I've looked around and tried to see if I could locate it but was unsuccessful.

second when I try to change the CD mode on any CD (track repeat, folder mix, etc...) it still just goes to the next song instead of skipping songs or shuffling them. anyone know if there is a way to fix this?
