06 M35x drive shaft

Car: 2006 Infiniti M35x; 135,000 Miles

Iv heard this clicking/clanking sound when I start my car with the windows down, driving real slow. Finally took it to the shop and lifted it up and it turns out the U joint (front drive shaft) needs to be replaced. Mine as well change the back drive shaft out too, has anyone changed this out, how long did it take and what parts do I need?

I don't think there is a how-to but I do know that the u-joint seems to be somewhat common on THIS forum (which is a small percentage of M owners).
