'06 M35 won't start...

Hi all. Brand new to the forum. I have an '06 M35 that when I got out of the car was beeping at me for what reason I didn't know so just close the door and went inside the house. That was last night, this morning I went to crank the M#% and it won't even turn over. Passenger side front door won't unlock and both key fobs will not unlock doors or open trunk? Lights are flashing on the dash tho. Dead battery or something more sinister? Thanks in advance! Dave

Clarify this for me: you attempted to start the car but it will not turn over although it cranks, correct? Meaning the button cycles thru ACC, then to ON and the starter engages the flywheel.

I assume you unlocked the door using the mechanical blade? What happens when you attempt to start it after inserting the key fob into the key slot by the left knee?
