I do not like the quicky oil change places ... many of them use inexperienced labor and there are too many opportunities for them to mess things up. Like leaving off the screws on the cover below the engine, not replacing the engine heat shield on a Q45 (true stories!), inserting any old machine screw to fix lost screws, not replacing the filter properly (left the old washer in place!), not replacing the crush washer, etc. Scary!
If you want to do an oil change, buy your own oil locally (I get Mobil 1 0W-40 from Kragen), the oil filter and crush washer from the dealer (I get mine in six-packs from Joe Tsensky at
http://www.everythinginfiniti.com), and use a local auto shop (I use Precision Tune and Goodyear Auto Service centers).
Much more cost-effective for my in-between oil changes. Although, I do get all the 7500 mile interval work done at the dealer to make sure that they spend time on the car to check things out and develop a relationship with them to make sure that they support me on warranty issues (without any questions at all).
