06 G35x or G37?

I am going to try my best to be as clear as possible and hopefully someone will understand my question haha

The g37 stock comes with 330hp right vs my G35x stock comes with 280hp. My question is would it makes sense to go for a g37 real soon cuz it already comes with more power stock and dual intake. It would require a couple mods to get to 330hp vs if i were to start off at 330hp and the mods I would of potentially already added to my g35x would be better if I were to start off at 330hp. I am kinda of thinking whether or not I want to keep my car and do some mods or if i choose to wait and possibly see what the 2009 g37 will bring. If I were to trade in my car as we speak, I would face severe negative equity and thats something I want to avoid. By next year I think it should even out.

Does anyone think its worth it to wait or would it make sense to mod my car right now and just bring it to 330hp and higher with a couple more mods. I hope I made sense of my question

i would wait. let them work out any bugs that they mite have wit the 08s and by then they should they should have more goodies out for the G37

So there is 2 question for you.

1 Do you really want the coupe or it doesn't matter?

2 Does it matter what the horsepower if your car as fast as the coupe?

They had to go with a bigger engine and more ponies because the coupe is too heavy. It is not faster than the 07 sedan. I see you have the X is it necessery for you? Maybe 09 will bring the coupe with the x badge on it. If that is the case I buy one too.

If I were you I would wait and figure out what your need coupe or sedan. Need AWD or not.

Honestly I want the coupe because it has that style I seek. I am sorry to disappoint some of you, but I love the racer look of the coupe haha. Honestly would the g37 beat my car in a straight line? The AWD isnt necessary to me, i live in a great climate where it only rains from here and there, its always warm with no snow, so the "X" is only a plus to me, not a need. This question has seriously been tormenting me, should I wait for the 09 or just mod my car right now lol. I want the coupe because of all the extra lil stuff it has that mine doesn't, I like the blue light for the speedometer, I like the nav. I have never owned a manual transmission car, but i am willing to give it a go cuz everyone says its more fun with a manual especially when you wanna race someone. Some ppl will say its dumb to race that car, but I still grave for it, when you have an eclipse claiming to beat you in a race, there is something very wrong with that haha..he said everything was stock in his car except for his radiator and the boost controller he had...

this car seriously has me thinking about getting it..it looks so frickin sleek and ghost like..you cant say it dont look good?

No you are right. I do like the g37 more than the 35. Due to the improved interior. That's the reason why I bought the 07 sedan because it looked so cool inside. To be honest if the x not necessery than go for it. It isn't worth the money to put in mods and you still won't be happy because of the style different and the improved interior. If I were you I still would wait several months to see if there is any major problem with the 37. If not go for it. Check on those boyz at the G37 section daily so you can see if there is any problem. If not you know several months and pick your ride. Maybe you can even find a demo or something for a bit cheaper. I will deffinitely get one if they come out with the x. I was told most likely it will happen with the 09 models. I need that AWD here.

why thanks for your opinion sir! My car guy told me to wait a year like around mid year next year and my car should even out where I could trade it in without any negative equity..plus hopefully I get a nice tax return where I could use it for a down payment or something..I might possibly for for the toyota FT-HS...they only thing that will keep me from getting it is if its a 2 seater..judging by the pix..it might possibly be...for 40k getting a hybrid 400 hp car with 0 to 60 in 4 seconds..you cant beat it haha..its not infiniti but toyota have been around for a while..so i trust them lol

Isn't that a concept car? Won't be in production for awhile that's for sure. It looks wicked and the numbers good tho. I like those seats. I love modern things. That's one of the reason why I am happily change my car every 3 years.

if you look at the pictures from the interior..they just blow you away..it looks so futuristic..im not sure how accurate this info is...bu they estimated that the car will come out at about 39k..just a couple thousand more then the infiniti with a lot more power and i saw that the car only weighed 3k pounds..its fast and light weight..u cant say thats not appealing..i realize its a concept...but if it comes out looking similar to the pix..i will totally fall in love with it lol

what can i say...i have a thing for cars haha

i cry when things happen to my car...a car is like a woman to me that cant tell you what to do..cant get jealous..doesnt mind riding you all day while you lay back lol...then again..if u get her mad..she'll break down on you in the middle of the freeway haha

im probably the only person that feels like this..but theres weird ppl out there and im surely one of them lol
