06 Frontier automatic shifter problem

Just noticed this problem with my truck....It will not shift into park after driving it...When i press the pedal i can hear that little switch engage under the shifter..It will not go into park unless i really push it forward..It will not even show a "P" for park on the instrument cluster.Would appreciate some help on how to fix this..Truck just hit 32,380 miles on it..
