Damn Moonman, that looks sweet as hell. Is that black paint bubbling on you or is that just morning dew?

It's not black paint it's black vinyl and the dew/bubbling is just how it came out in the pic. It looks fine in person.

Nope, no rubbing issues with the tires. Just gotta be careful from potholes and uneven roads.
rowland220 wrote::bowrofl: That is clean as Hell. How is the Vinyl holding up? how long have you had it on?
The Vinyl has been on for about a month and a half and is looking pretty good. Hopefully it lasts a while, considering i park under the sun for 9 hours 5 days a week =/

I agree with you on the Strut emblem, it's just there to cover up the two holes. I'm gonna take it off soon, probably replace it with a black infiniti emblem or just paint over it.

I'm also thiking about painting the chrome bars glossy black while leaving the "INFINITI" as is.

sounds good man! kinda reminds me of mine but maybe a little quieter. So what do you have done exactly, size, mufflers, etc? I think since you have a black n white theme, the emblem painted black would look good.

Nice sound but its kinda misleading since it appears the video was shot inside somewhere, possibly a garage. That would make it sound much louder than it really is. Try to make it exactly like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jorUEgWTROo for a good comparison

Was this the car on Craigslist? I would of looked at it but the miles on it were pretty high, so I didnt bother looking at it and I wanted a stock M. How's the car and are you gonna change anything on the car?

Wow thats good if you got the car with all that done already. How is the light production through the headlight tint. Not thinking of doing but It does look different

nope not misleading in the garage, sounds meaner outside

Yeah the headlight projection through the tints is a little low but sufficient enough plus with the fog lights there is no problem...

Yeah i'm planning on doing some changes... i'll keep this updated... I want to do the back first then black out the side of the spokes on the rims

A couple of questions for you:

1) You are running 255/35/20 tires right?
2) How is the ride with the 20's and the drop?

I'm thinking of getting new rims but I'm not sure about which ones. I was for a while set on the 19" Sport rims but I like the EXE's you have and they aren't terribly more expensive.

Also, how is the drop? Can you please post in the Official Suspension Thread (link)?

I'm thinking of dropping the car too, but not sure if I want the rougher ride.

1) yeah that's the tires and I think the DWS tires offer best bang for buck
2) I like the ride with 20's and a drop. And so far i haven't had any passengers complain of it being too rough.
I mean the ride is obviously a little stiffer but i'm 24 so i'm willing to sacrifice a little bit of luxury for looks and performance

everything looks good, except im not too fond of the tinted lights.

i always tell my wife if she ever has a collision with a vehicle that has tinted lights to take pictures immediately and have a LEO report that states lights tinted. for insurance purposes, no contest.

Smart, but will only work if the accident happens at night.

still wont work...thats why they created the third brake light...and even if you have tint on your windows so long as there is a significant amout of light coming through enough to go from no light to some light the insurance company will not see it your way...FYI because some cars now come with tinted tail lights the insuace company has no way of knowing the degree of the tint and will not take the time to test.

Infiniti has discontinued the Aero kit...the only way to get one is to order a replica one from Sarona
