06 Bluetooth Issues

Anyone know if there is an upgrade to the OEM Bluetooth? Mine works sometimes and other times people tell me it is cutting in and out. Its not my service or my phone, because I disconnect from the bluetooth and reception is fine. Also, i get a crackling noise in my right speaker, but only after a couple of minutes into the conversation. wierd??? :gotme
