06 altima sedan keeps blowing acc/mirror fuse!

Hey guys long story short, my sisters 06 altima got rear ended in March! When that happened the same fuse blew but I replaced it and everything worked fine till today! Everytime I replace the fuse and turn the key to acc on, it keeps blowing and red light comes on the fuse. So could it be a lose ground or what else can it be?
