Hey guys and gals. A friend of mine has an 06 Altima 2.5 auto, that when cold she runs like a champ. no issues. But after a trip, long or short, it wont start again if shut off until completely cold again. Also I pulled codes and its coming up with multiple cylinder misfires. Coil packs are new, plugs are new, valve cover gasket is new as well as plug tube seals, CTS is new, cam and crank sensors are new. Hes about ready to just burn the car even though hes got some $$ tied up into it. Any ideas??? I've been working on cars for 20+yrs and this is even stumping me. But then again i have been mainly dealing with VW.

check the connections on the coil packs. I’ve seen those wires pulled out or the clips broken. Those new connectors are available on eBay. Or your local junk yard. Not hard to de-pin. Have you tried unplugging the mass air flow sensor when it’s hot? Can you pull live data to see what the air intake temperature is reading when it’s cold and hot? Are the cam and crank sensors OEM?
