I bought an 06 SE-R about a month ago. I've put on an intake system and now I'm looking at exhaust. I like the Stillen and Strumburg but I don't want that coffee can sound. Any suggestions for the family man.

i have a stillen intake, exhaust, racing headers, and qr-pro on my 02 2.5l altima. the exhaust sounds awesome (like a deep hum which i get compliments on all the time) and i haven't had a single problem with any of my stuff. stillen puts out an awesome product.

agreed! stillen does have great exhaust systems, as does nismo, greedy, apexi, blitz, borla, hks, injen and perrin. if your not going for something that would be heard a block away at a stop.. but something with a deep sound i would go for apexi or perrin. they have some great exhaust systems under 400$ for dual mufflers.

Thanks I'll check the others out. It's hard to know for sure because there are allot of good ones out there but how do you know what they sound like. I hate to spend $500 - $1000 on exhaust and go ehh!! that sounds bad.
