Loud squeak or creak over bumps. I can recreate the sound by pushing on the hood and moving the suspension. Mechanics can't seem to pinpoint this noise as it kind of resonates through the control arm. Its from the drivers side.
Here is a video i made of the sound https://youtu.be/MiEW0tiqc-o

Welcome to the forum.

What did they check? If it's going through the control arm it should be the ball joint or more likely the stabilizer links...those tend to pop though or clunk.

It was difdicult to recreate the sound without the suspension loaded...none of the bushings or ball joints are worn..not loose..so it passed a safety inspection. I really dont want to replace an entire control arm. The sway bushings were just replaced, not the links. I suppose dosconnecting a link would rule them out.

Yes, that's the next component in that area that's easy to test...seems like you tested a bunch of the others.

I've watched the video and the creaking/ groaning is going on for a considerably long time. I think it's something large and circular and I've got 2 guesses for you:

1. It really is somewhere on the control arm.
The rear bushing would be my best suspect. However, this joint doesn't really have that much of a circular travel path.

2. It isn't really the control arm itself.
The strut/spring combo attaches to the control arm too and could transmit this noise. The strut mount/ bearings could be bad. Is the noise present when you turn your wheels?

Btw, how many miles in your car?

Mostly over bumps. When i made that video the sound seems to be concentrated lower on the spindle...ball joint possibly. I can feel the creaking in various parts of the suspension including control arm and sway bar. But like I said it seems to resonate throughout everything making diagnosing it difficult.

Do you have one of those mechanic stethoscope things? Might help pin point because you will here it louder/quieter in certain parts...
