I'm searching for info on how to remove the axle and change the seal. I have found a couple videos on you tube that were helpful. Any info on other places to look, is greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about inner side seals? No experience with a titan axle specifically, but with other Dana axles you have to pull the rear cover and the entire carrier to get to the seals. Once the cover is off you have the bearing caps to pull...carrier may drop out on its own or you may need a case spreader to get it to come out. It's critical to keep all the shims exactly as they are when replacing.
