Does anyone own an 05 Titan with header leaks? I had my passanger side replaced at the dealer and now the driver side is leaking. Has anyone swapped out the stock for aftermarket headers? If so, is it a hard process and how long did it take. Also what brand did you install. Thanks for all the help. Love my truck, it's AWESOME.

BRM has *just* contracted with Thorley to build custom headers for the Titan.

Here's some of our prior work: zerothread/48608

Pricing for our Titan headers: $500 shipped (high-nickel chrome) or $600 shipped (ceramic coated).

Nismo and Stillen offer long tube headers and JBA offers shorties.

I have the Stillen LT. If you decide to get the headers, be sure to get tuned via software developed by Uprev.
