05 tails on an 02. Plug and play?

I know the shape of the trunk and the bumper are different, no problem, I can modify both but what I want to know is would I have to do any other modifications to make the lights work?

Im not getting the 05 trunk because I don't really like the lights on the trunk. Kind of makes it look like an M

Well I went ahead and bought the tails. To my suprise the quarter panels would have to be modified as well. Heres some quick pics of it at the shop.
