05's lower rear door hinge looks JB welded on, anyone know?
My 2005 sentra 1.8 basic standard was in a collision with an SUV. The rear back panel, door and bumper need $5,000 worth of repairs. The shop "Super Collision & Customs" did super bad job. My car was striped and painted without my permission and now i'm 2nd guessing everything on the car. The rear passenger doors both look tampered with, the lower hinges look as tho they had been bolted (Screws/blots have been striped) onto a steel plate that was then JB welded to the inside of the door panel. Is this how it always looked? does anyone have pix they can show of the rear inside door jams? Please, help!

Sorry for taking so long, I will look at mine today, that looks like that body stuff they use to seal seams.

It looks like the putty manufacturers use to seal gaps in the body, but our cars aren't supposed to have it there.

My 03 1.8 doesn't, and the 06 Spec V doesn't either.

All B15 (2000-2006) Sentras are made in Mexico.
