If you have an '05 Pathfinder, your dealer will reprogram your VDC for you. The initial program allowed for "tip up" which has been corrected in the newer program.

Not really sure. That's just how the article I linked to described it. I assume it's referring to undesirable tipping during a turn, but that's just my guess.
