05 Pathfinder Drivers side passenger door defect? Nistech any info on this?

I found this (And other similiar posts) on a yahoo autos website, though i don't think i saw this problem on my 05 pathfinder that i just purchased. Was this an issue that Nissan fixed?

The DEFECT is located on the driver's side PASSENGER DOOR. Look at the top left corner of the door. The shape of the metal body should slightly curve inward and be flush with the lines of the vehicle leading into the driver's door. However, many including myself have found the curve to be more of a BENT shape than FLUSH. My dealership says that this has been reported by many, but since it is not a unique situation (and because it is a manufacturer defect), they will not repair or compensate unless Nissan issues a recall. Thus, you are warned to check for this defect before you drive it off the lot. Inspect the new car in daylight!

No I have not heard of it at all. But thats not to say it hasent come across our service drive. To be quite honest it sounds like you gotta look pretty hard to even see it. It sounds[ by your description] to be a very insignificant blemish.
