05 Nisan Maxima SL Replaced used transmission that jerks before I stop

I have a 05 Maxima and I just had to replace the transmission I missed the warrenty. I put an 04 tranmission in. Everything rides and shifts great however, when I hit the break to slow down before I come to a complete stop, I get this kind of jerk as if the car is down shifting. The problem is its an Automatic and it shouldn't be doing that. I was told that the computer may need to be reprogramed. Any Idea's or direction would help.

not sure, but, I'm assuming all the connectors and stuff hooked up ok?the transmission i'm pretty sure is the same from 04-05, however the tcm (transmission control module) may be differentummm, i dont know what you should doI work at a dealership and I'd try initializing the tcm, which is done with the nissan scan tool, and is supposed to be done when replacing a transand try driving it for 500 miles or so, sometimes the trans and tcm take a good bit of driving to get the proper shift points...just a thought, was told that by a nissan engineer, it helped me on one of these tranniesif it's all your money...whoever did it for you, did they imply any warrantyhave you asked them to make sure they did everything right?
