05 maxima that goes into failsafe mode only when you take off too fast

I have an 05 maxima that goes into failsafe mode only when you take off too fast, other than that she runs fine. My service engine light as well as my slip and my tcs off light come on and I'm getting codes p1229 which I understand is the code for failsafe mode and p1446 which is vent control valve. I've took the valve off and tested it, it works fine and I'm getting power to it. Any input would be greatly appreciated as this is my wife's daily driver
