05 G35 Supsension issues -- need help

New to the board and in need of advice. I have a 2005 G35 with 30,000 miles. I have a front driver’s suspension noise that has gotten progressively worse since I first noticed it around 12,000 miles. The dealership continues to tell me that Infiniti considers it inherent for the car; however some loaners I drive do not have the noise and they are also 2005 models. Any tips on what the noise may be, it is a groaning, squeaking type noise. I am at a loss as to what to do next.

When does the noise occur? Driving normal, over rough surfaces?

It's probably compression rods. It seems to be a common problem with the G35.
