05' G35 sedan a/c goes warm when idling, both fans not working ADVICE PLZ

My 06 g35 sedan has ice cold a/c when cars moving but if I sit and idle for a few minutes (say, in a bank drivethrough, or to pick up a friend, etc...) the air goes warm and the tempurature gauge begins to go up. My husband looked at it and found out that BOTH fans aren't working....it seems peculiar to us that both fans would have gone bad at same time.....were wondering if anyone else had ever experienced this, and maybe if there is just some fuse or sensor that needs attention.....thanks in advance for any help.....it's HOT AS HELL in Florida, regardless of the time of year, LOL and I'd hate to end up overheating my engine.....

use a digital multi-meter to measure and see if the wiring is good.

Its very possible that one fan went out a while ago and the other fan has been working overtime since then and has now gone out.
