05 G35 Coupe - Getting Nav Options?

I just bought a G35 and picked it up today its a 2005 Coupe, it does not have the Bose system in it, nor does it have Navigation, what are my options regarding adding a screen and navigation and what not? Just doesn't look like there is room for it to go in dash.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I would recommend replacing the head deck with a double-din receiver that has all the functions you want. They make some really sweet ones...the only issue will be you need to get a new finisher plate and hardware. It will run about $250 just for that.
