I recently bought a 05 G35 coupe mt 51k on it and it is over heating only one fan turns on even when I turn the AC on the other day I had a stuck thermostat but got it fixxed but now it starts to over heat when idling for 5-10 min and cools down when I start moving and remains cool and I already checked for debris in the rad

Did you read the FSM?

Not much mileage for such an old vehicle.
Must have sat unused for long periods of time?

See page 6

Did you test the fan that is not running?

Most likely it is a defective fan?

With a 11 year old vehicle probably both fans should be replaced, a coolent flush with coolent replacement, a new radiator cap and thermostat. Perhaps new radiator hoses as well.

Good luck

My cooling fan was bad got a replacement and installed it this morning and it's working better than ever. This week I'm replacing the thermostat just because it over heated.

A while back I got a notice from Infiniti that there was a problem with the cooling fan on some cars. They sent a lifetime warranty on the fans. Good thing because I only have 34k miles on my "04 coupe.
