I have a 05 frontier with a factory tow package. My trailer lights stopped working recently. I have a 7 to 4 converter with connectivity LEDs. The left signal LED flashes but that's it. None of the trailer lights work. All fuses appear good. I'm not getting power at the harness plug under back of truck when I check it with a circuit tester. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can't find any threads that deal with factory harnesses.

You need a new relay and/or resistors to work with LED bulbs since the AMP requirements are different from the incandescent bulbs.

:welcome: to NICO Jfine!

I think the LED that the OP was referring to is on the 7 to 4 converter...

Are your tail lights and signals working correctly on the truck itself?

Check out this link to the tow harness kit, with installation instructions.

It's also worth noting that the factory produces a 4 wire kit, so if you end up replacing components anyway, you could go back with that.

There may be a wiring diagram in the factory service manual, available at http://www.nissanservicemanual.com, that could help.

Have you tried using the resisters?

Check the Trailer Ground Wire & the Wireing Plug on the Chassis, under the Bed, going to the Pigtale.

Good Luck
