So I have some records from the last owner.. at 51,327 miles a 45k service was performed at Atlanta Infiniti (Nalley) it involved a transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, cabin filters, and oil and filter. Oil changes between, then at 68,599 replaced belts, coolant and differential oil replaced. The second owner I couldn't find any records for.. last record I have is brakes done at 69,254. I am now at 90,257 miles and want to know if you all think it would be a good idea to have a full transmission service performed as well as wondering, Is my coolant ok with 22,000 miles on it? It passed a paid, full inspection at Harper Infiniti with a Senior Tech road testing it as well- at 88,000 miles. I've never had anything but Toyota products and am a little unknowledgeable on knowing attributes of aging Nissan products and would like some advice I guess not only on the transmission service but what else needs done for preventive care such as should I switch to full syn oil? I hope to take the car to 250k without mechanical failures as we have done with our past Toyota products- any insight would be greatly appreciated-

Hey, here's a nice thread that discusses some maintenance intervals for the Q45:

I'm not sold on full synthetic... that's just me. I drive 240's though. A cheaper ride. Mine do typically see at least 240K. My current one just hit that about a month ago. All used conventional.

Also, I prefer a drain and fill to a flush for automatics, but they all make me a bit nervous. I hate the feeling of bringing in a working thing and risking taking home a broken thing. What if the fluid doesn't match perfectly or the synchros go bad or something gets gummed up or the belts start slipping... I'm just nervous sometimes.
