How do I change the tag/platenbulb on 05 altima?

I'm not quiet sure bud I'm at work right now but here in a bit when it calms down I'll go out and look in the service manual and poke around I imagine you do it through the trunk but I'll check never really looked for it

Okay so I just checked and I also looked in the manual page 8-34 pop the trunk and take a phillips screw driver and take off the carpet from there you should be able to access the plate bulbs I would say that you would have to take off two more screws to get inside the housing or they may just turn and you can pull them out.
