This is my First DIY
I have Used some of the pictures from SneaKe's Tweeter DIY as they are the same on the Sedan and I was running short on time Before I went to work this morning
Install Time: ~40 minsInstall Level: 2/10Tools Needed: Flat head screw driverPair of Plyerslong Phillips Head screw driver or a 10mm socket with extenderWire cutters8 wire connectors or caps, or electrical tape. (I used tape as I didn't have Connectors and desided to do this an hour before I had to be at work)Beverage: 1-2 Cups of coffee or Gatorade should do ya... (LOL it was AM)
Product: PolkAudio Db1000 (they are now discontinued, and have been replaced by the Db1001. Both are 1" tweeters and other brands may work, but this brand needed no alteration or modification to the stock mount for install.

You can aslo get them on Ebay... I paid 61 bux out the door for them!
Here we go with the Sedan version of the Tweeter Swap!
There are 5 points that hold the door cover on. Each are screws/plastic locks that we will remove to access the stock tweeter. Use your flat head to remove the two plastic locks on the left.
Use the flat head again to remove the screw cover inside the door handle. Then remove the screw.
There are 2 more screws hiding behind the door grip:There is a notch at the base, use the flathead to pry off the trim.
Once off, the last 2 screws are exposed. The top is easy, but the bottom is in there pretty deep.
Now the inside door cover is free to be removed. You can now pop off the cover, start where I did, give it a good tug. Then move on to the right. Repeat till its loose. Then lift it off of the door frame.
I Just held the door with one hand and disconnected the tweeter connector with the other hand. Then I hung the door back on the door frame.
Now you can see and remove the tweeter cover. Give it a tug to pop it off.
this is what it looks like from the back on the sedan. It is a little different from here on out.
Now you have just the bracket that held the old tweeter. You have to do some modification to this bracket to make it work... But it will work.
The tweeter will fit in that bracket with the two screw tabs bent back out of the way.
Make sure you connect the wires red to red and black to black.
Also make sure that you connect the proper side of the filter to the car and tweeter.
This is how it sits in there.
Once it is in the correct spot you can put the screws back in
You will notice that the bracket will have to bend to fit around the new tweeter. But it will do to hold it.
Then you have to reinstall the tweeter to the door. I tucked the wires and filter up inside the tweeter case as there is a lot of room in there.
Now work backwards and and do the other door!
You now have fixed the problem with the bose!
Hope this helps out
And if you must... Crack open one of these
