I'm debating HARD on going with a 2004 G35 Sedan, or 2005.

2004 = $18500 ($20000 after nice rims/tint)2005 = $23000 (already has tint/rims..etc)

Anyone have any recommendations? I really like the dash of the '05, and I really like the front air intake of the '05...

25 more HP as well - help!!

In all reality there isn't 25 more HP. Been proven on the dynos many many times. Are both cars auto or manual? If you don't like the front of the 04, there is always the nismo "aero package" front bumper, rear lip and side skirts. The aero package isn't an option for the 05, just a oem front lip is optional. for a $5000 difference, I say get the 04. But thats what I roll in, so I'm kinda biased. If you decide to get the 04, make the dealer install the aero package as the deal breaker.

Always go newer if you can. By MY2005, they got most of the bugs out.

+1 on getting the newest you can afford. Personally, I like the 05+ due to the newer stereo that has less problems than the 03-04. Next, the 05+ has the REVUP engine that has substantial improvements over the 03-04 VQ35.

isn't it $20,000 after taxes and service charges? Well thats how much it was for me atleast.... If price was an issue, go with the '04. I have an '04 and I love it (aside from the squeaking and rattles thats being targeted slowly). But if money isn't in question, why ask?!?! go for the '05, already equipped with rims (got pics?) and they did fix someone of the problems from the 03-04's...

Besides the updated styling, the extra year of warranty (depending on how many miles per year you plan on putting on the car) is something you might want to take into account.
