ok fluid is good.e-brake handle is checked. Brembo brakes (dont know if they have a sensor)no abs

basically I bought the car 2 months ago and the brake light went off after stepping on the brake a couple of times. now it stays on. I have looked at the usual suspects and didn't find anything.

is there anything else that trips the brake light?

any help is appreciated

Just for the other people who come across this problem, the brembo calipers have a sensor that detects pad wear and triggers the brake light. I replaced the pads (started to get noise) and the brake light turned off.

also for the D.I.Y. people, brembo pad replacement is very easy if you have the FSM handy. I am out for now.
