04 Sentra SE-R Spec-V Service Engine Soon Light??

I have a 2004 Sentra SE-R Spec-V, i recently put an after-market stereo system and now my SES light is on.....I went to Autozone and had them scan my car and it read that my oxygen and gas mixture was the problem......The guy at Autozone said it could be some electrical wiring.....Maybe caused by the wiring setup due to the after-market stereo system......Anybody got any ideas.....Help me out, I'm new to this!

I would say the codes have nothing to do with your new stereo install other than coincedence. I would take the car back into Nissan since I'm sure its still under warranty. It's too early in the game for an o2 sensor to be taking a crap.
