Car was running fine. Parked overnight then wouldn't start.
It actually started for a few seconds then died. then restarted again and quickly died again. And that was it.
Lucky for me it died in the driveway!

Started checking and found I have no spark.
I replace the Cam Pos Sensor and that didn't help.
I was resetting all the connections and after resetting the ECM connections I now get no SES light with the key in the on position. I had the light before resetting the cables. I think I fried the ECU. I reconnected the cables with the battery connected and later found out this is not a good idea. So now I have a new used on on the way. It seems that the ECM has been worked on prior to me owning the car because one of the screws holding it in place is snapped off in the fire wall. One question about the ECM, what do all the codes mean? Mine reads H5 MEC33-44 A1 4107, and I couldnt find an exactc match so I'm hoping for the best.

Once the new ECM arrives My plan is to replace the original CPS and use the new one to replace the crank pos sensor.
I don't have much hope this is going to resolve the problem.
Can anyone offed suggestions?
thanks in advance

Update

It runs! New Used ECM $65 shipped to my door and I'm back on the road.

The new used ECM arrived, I installed it and that seems to have fixed the problem.
It started right up. No Drama no bs.
When I first started working on the car for this problem (no spark) the check engine light would light up when inserting the key to the on position. Then that went away and I had none. So I'm pretty sure the ECM alone was the problem. Don't know why it would light the CEL then not.
While I was waiting for the ECM I also replaced the Crank Position Sensor. The old one is a b**** to get out.
Since its cheap, and I had nothing better to do while waiting for the EMC, I went and replaced it.

I read a s*** load about this problem before figuring this out, and never saw a resolution so hopefully this helps someone in the future. No Spark seems to be quite common in these vehicles.
