I have had my '04 QX for about 2 years and suddenly some of the lights aren't working on the gauge cluster, but worst of all the speedo quit! Any thoughts on how to fix / replace it? If I can remove it then I can check if it just a faulty connection. Anyone know how to get that thing out?
Thanks! Rob

You can either replace the whole combination meter assembly or take it to a 12v electronics repair shop. It is not uncommon for segments to act up after several years ( :badboy ).

Buying a legit gauge over the counter gauge from the manufacturer (Model Electronics) doesn't seem to be possible unless you have a dealer ID.

Call your local Infiniti dealer.

My cluster sometimes displays all the info and sometimes only the bottom half. My tach is all over the place. The speedo would not even move and I had a lot of other indications until I disconnected the intelligent cruise control module on the passenger side of the opening above the bumper. Now the speedo works fine only the cluster and tach are acting up. The cluster costs $400 and an hour of labor.
