04 quest stuck in 3rd gear

Car: 2004 Nissan Quest

Recently bought a 2004 quest with 137000 miles. It had a serious misfire and was in limp mode . I replaced the rear camshaft sensor and narrowed it to cylinder 4 misfire . I replaced the coil and the van starts and runs good now. Only problem is it’s still stuck in 3rd gear. I have scanned it a few times there is no engine light and no codes. What do I do now ? Thanks in advance
