I am new to the nissan family. I am helping out a friend by changing all the brakes (front and back) because they are warped and almost metal on metal. We are doing rotors and pads. Does anyone know how to release the parking brake on a 2004 nissan quest?

Also we are changing the rear sway bar links(stabilizer links). Anybody know a good way of doing this? I am looking for pictures and instructions for this.

Any advice would be appreciated.

What brand of brakes are you going with? The rears release by removing the rubber groomet and rotating the star upwards. When done just install the rear rotors.pads then engage on the parking brake 3-5 times while turning the rotor backwards
