04 Q45 lowering springs
Hi, I'm new here and I just purchased a 04 Q45 and want to get a lowering springs. Just wondering if anybody on here purchased parts from burtmanindustries.com and are they legit. Thanks

Regarding lower springs for your Q45. I inquired about obtaining lower springs from burtmanindustries and a trunk lift for my Q45.
When I inquired about the springs I was told they were on back order from Japan, however by googling swift Lower springs for Q45 I found several sellers on Ebay that had springs available. I bought mine through Modern Automotive Performance after contacting Bill Tschida. They are a reseller who had them shipped from a warehouse in Los Angeles. I'm in San Jose.
Nonetheless I had them installed. They lowered the rear nicely. The fronts are still higher then I prefer, but the handling improved its not as low as the pictures indicate. It's been about 5 months since being lowered as well as switching to 19" wheels. I am a happy camper. I also had a full body kit installed.

Asking $125 Shipped. If I saw this before I bought mine I would have gone this route.

The Picture in the ad is an Impul body kit they say its an Aero body kit. I think it niether since the rear bumper has dual exhaust openings. I went ahead a put dual exhuast because it looked tacky with an empty slot.
The body kit fits pretty well. Minor gaps near the rear lenses, but very minor. For the price you can't beat it. The kits is make for very subtle make over. The front looks way better then OEM and the rear is similar to OEM, but two exhaust ports. The kit includes front/rear/rocker panels and small wing.
I would call them before you make an offer. They are very helpful. I drove my truck to LA and picked up the kit. The kit needs minor defect touched up with putting and sanding before painting, but once done its pretty clean.
I had problems uploading pictures on this site and actually have not gotten around to get some good shots of the car since the redo.
I currently have 19"OEM M45 wheels on it, however it would look better with 20" and a wider rim, but for now it just looks clean in white.
