04 Q45 driver seat stopped working

Hey guys - any how to fix this seat problem ? It will not go forward or reverse (just hear a click sound) but the top part does work. Can I just replace the motor or do I need the whole assembly ? And .. should I plan on finding a salvage yard in Houston ?

If it's like the wife's G, the Nissan factory solution is to replace the entire seat track. The gears can be ordered separately, but they don't support the memory seat counter.
