Upon receiving my 04 Pathfinder from the body shop for cosmetic work that included removing a dent in the rear hatch along with a deep rub scratch caused by garage door, replacing the rear bumper and hitch, I found that I was only able to unlock and lock the driver's side door with the key Fob. I attempted to reprogram the Fob's using a procedure found on U-tube which said it was for my yr. & model but it didn't work.
When I would press the unlock on button on the fob a second time as usual to open the passenger doors and tailgate the remote entry system would acknowledge by flashing the flashers on the dash board and but the doors still won't open.
I brought the vehicle back to the body shop to see if they could recheck if something was not plugged back in properly but they said they don't believe it was anything they did.
My question is when they had to disconnect battery for obvious reasons while working on the car could the remote keyless entry module/computer need to be programmed at the dealer for this particular problem and or could one of the door sensor switches be causing this issue? Thank you

I hope you have found your solution by now. If not, there are lots of threads on this forum that discuss keyfob programming. Search keyfob programming and you will find...

Sure hope so too, but it doesn't seem likely that the issue is the remote since even when I replace the battery nothing funky happens to my key fob.

OP, if you haven't tried, can you verify that these actions still unlock all the doors:
1. The master lock buttonon the driver door armrest will lock and unlock all doors when the door is shut/ or open with the engine off
2. If you push the master lock while the engine is running, the doors lock then unlock immediately.
3. If you put the key in the driver door lock cylinder and unlock it twice, it unlocks all the other doors on the 2nd try.
4. If you put the key in the hatch lock cylinder and unlock it twice (counterclockwise), it unlocks all the doors.
Not sure where your dent was, but I know some paintless dent removal procedures involve drilling into body panels.
