I'm usually around the vh, rb forums but this one is kicking my a**.
As stated before this is an 04 pathfinder. I've narrowed down the problem so far and it happens when only when taking a fast turn. The fluid level is where it should be, have done 2 transmission filter changes, have done the lucas treatment, the seafoam transmission treatment and even a flush. I've also did a coolant system pressure check and there was no pressure loss, so this eliminated any radiator issues. The truck runs fine and rides smooth in all the gears if you drive it like a granny and take very slow turns.
I'm stuck and don't know what it could be, it as if there is a g sensor somewhere that activates this slipping. When it does happen you fell the engine rpms drop and no matter how much gas I give it it picks up speed slowly and rpms rise slow as well. The rpms/engine doesn't match what I feel the amount of throttle I'm giving it. I can be doing 30mph and be at 4k rpm then a hard shift and do 40mph at 3k rpm and still feel like is not goin anywhere. I can pull over turn off the truck and wait about 10 seconds (i'm guessing when the power to the ecu turns off) and then it will ride normal with no issues as long as no hard tuns are taken. I've done many searches and at this point I would rather look at other options that replacing the transmission or converter which i don't feel are bad.

There is a check engine but the code is for an oxygen sensor.

Please let me know what you might think it is or any other things I need to try in order to find a solution to this problem.

Since you've done 2 transmission filter changes, I'd say it's safe to rule out the filter/pickup screen and/or its O-ring being an issue. Have you done the pan drops yourself? If so, did you notice an excessive amount of material on the magnet at the bottom of the pan?

Have you tried cleaning your MAF sensor? How did you pull the codes?

Where are you at in Florida, if I may ask? I'm in Palm City.

Yes I did the pan drops myself and checked the filter screen, the oring and the magnet did not have any excessive metal on it. Just a very light film the first time I did the filter change and the vehicle had 83k on it. I have not cleaned the maf since it revs pass 3k just fine. I will try that. I took it to Autozone for the check engine light. I'm in Orange Park, fl it's south of jax.

Think about the answer, did you see any small black flecks of rubber O ring in the drained ATF fluid? Were there any particulates in the drained oil?
If that is a possibility there may be or still be contamination within the solenoid pack that drives the gearing especially an up gear then a counter drop down to a lower gear.

Your described symptoms lead me to this and I have experienced it with my own Nissan product 97 QX4 and I discovered a quick oil change of about 4-5 liters of ATF has cured my vehicle of this symptom. The oil change is via the drain port in the drain pan, leave the pan on and alone. When you removed the pan what shape was the seal in around the edge?

Contamination by small particles of metal, fiber will slow down hydraulic operation of valves and you may get lucky and clear these valves that are preselected by electric solenoids.

While doing the oil change examine the drained oil for looks (pink and bright, burned, smells and dull not pink, and feel. Run your fingers through the oil feel for grit and rub your thumb and index finger together feeling for grit. Lastly as you pour the used oil into a container for recycling look carefully for big fiber bits, rubber as in O rings and metal filings.

All these things may be in this oil since the transmission works by mechanical, hydraulic pressure acting on fiber rings, cut metal gears and all these things wear but it is up to us to get the crap out.

An annual oil dump is cheap, helps clean up the garbage but the best thing it allows us to look inside a transmission without going inside a transmission. Some call it insurance, I call it PM.

Last change I did was in an open container and did not see any metal shavings or o ring pieces. I will do one more drain and pass it through a tshirt and see what's in the fluid. Thanks for the replies so far. I will try this and cleaning the maf as well. I will try with the maf first and see there is any change. I'll work on it one step at the time in order to determine which step fixes the problem.
