Yes! There is a very clean way of connecting your iPod to your factory stereo. Click on the link below, Courtesy Nissan is a great place to purchase OEM Nissan accessories from, I have done so personally. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see everything you need, you need to purchase based on whether you have Satellite Radio or not.
