THERE IS WAY TOO MUCH BODY ROLL IN MY 04 MAXIMA SL. i DROVE AN SE AND IT WAS WAY TIGHTER IN THE TURNS. HAS ANYONE REPLACED THE FRONT AND REAR SWAY BAR? IF SO, IS IT EASY? I HAVE WORKED ON CLASSIC AMERICAN CARS MY WHOLE LIFE AND THIS IS MY FIRST IMPORT...A NEIGHBOR SAID THE WHOLE ENGINE CRADLE MAY HAVE TO COME OUT??

I REALLY WANT TO KEEP THE SAME SHOCKS. i ALSO READ ABOUT SHOCK TOWER BRACING BUT THE TOWERS ARE SO CLOSE TO THE FIREWALL, THE STEERING SUPPORT UNDER THE DASH KEEPS THAT AREA IN CHECK AND THE TOWER BRACE IS A WASTE

Rear sway bar is easy to put on. I have never replaced the front. The strut tower bracing will help, even though the firewall is so close. A good spring and strut set up will eliminate combined with the above, will eliminate most of the body roll.

I have the Stillen RSB and FSTB, these made a huge difference. Are you planning on lowering it as well? This will obviously help and I had my car lowered on Eibach's for while and the ride was confortable. As for the front sway bar, I haven't tackled this but the Altima SE-R does fit our car but is a big job to install...Good luck!

Thanks for the input, but I looked on Stillen site and theyt only show a rear sway bar for the 04 maxima. I cannot find a vendor that offers a front.

I like the ride height cus i live in michigan I just hate getting on the x-way and leaning as I turn

That's why I mentioned the Altima SE-R FSB, because nobody makes one for the 6th gen...mods are hard to come by for our cars.
