04 Maxima-noise from front end between 50-70 km

Hi all,My Max has been making this noise that sounds like something rubbing up against a plastic fan. It only happens while the car is travelling and happens between 50-70km, during acceleration and deceleration. Doesn't affect the performance at all. Not a dashboard fan sound. Tried everything.Nissan garage seems to think that it is a sound coming from the timing-chain/belt guide. They can't say for sure. Supposedly extremely rare condition. Have yet to have it fixed because I just don't trust any opinions anymore.My Maxima has been a money-pit since I bought it. Getting really disgusted. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before? Also, I only use Supreme gasoline because regular gasoline also caused it to make other noises in the past.Please help!
